[Information Use]

01. When using the 'Shinhan Card App' through a mobile communication network (3G, 4G, etc.), data call charges may occur depending on the type of plan of the mobile carrier you signed up for.

02. Please be sure to proceed to the Shinhan Card website (www.shinhancard.com) to import the official certificate of the 'Shinhan Card App'.

03. When entering a password, be sure to distinguish between uppercase and lowercase letters.

04. For your safe service use, it cannot be used on devices with rooting history and non-Google devices.
When changing your device, automatic recovery and installation through Google account and other backup programs is not possible, so please re-download and install the app from Google Play.

05. The Shinhan Card app can be used normally on Android version 4.4 or higher / Samsung Galaxy S4 or higher / LG G3 or higher phones.
Please note that the screen may not be displayed as the screen is optimized for some resolution terminals.
*If you are using Android OS version 4.4 or lower, please upgrade to the latest Android version before using.
*Customers whose terminal model is not recommended can use the normal service on the Shinhan Card mobile website (www.shinhancard.com).

06. When connecting to the Shinhan Card customer center by phone, the contents provided by Shinhan Card are displayed on the smartphone screen. for teeth

* The above items are absolutely necessary to use the Shinhan Card app, and if the permission is denied, it may not work properly.

* You can also set permission-related settings in the smartphone environment settings > Applications > Shinhan Card > Permissions menu.
