[Barbaro Loan loan product information]
- Product Name: Baro 300 Loan / Baro Automobile Mortgage Loan / Baro Real Estate Mortgage Loan
- Eligibility: Customers aged 20 years or older (excluding college students) with a personal credit score of 390 or higher in KCB
- Loan interest rate: less than 20% per annum, but limited to contracts signed, renewed, or extended from July 2021 (the delinquent interest rate is within 20% of the contracted interest rate +3%p or less)
- Loan limit: Credit loan up to 30 million won / Auto-secured loan up to 50 million won / Baro real estate collateralized loan up to 1 billion won
- Loan period: 12 to 60 months (however, it may vary depending on the loan product and repayment method)
- Repayment method: Equal principal and interest, free principal, maturity date (varies by product)
- Interest payment method: after every month
- Early redemption fee: There are no other incidental expenses and no early repayment conditions other than the prescribed debt certificate issuance fee. However, in the case of collateralized loans, ancillary expenses (such as cost of setting up a mortgage and termination) and early repayment fees within 3% in case of early repayment.
- Example of total loan cost: 1,111,614 won in total repayment when 1 million won is applied as an equal repayment method with an interest rate of 20% per annum for 12 months
