These thoughts are the summary of my experiences in life, I have not quoted anything from them from a book, nor have I sought help from the opinions of others, and I believe that the generation that came after us has the right to learn about our experiences, and to benefit from our experience if there is anything useful in it, and this is the best thing. We give him a gift.
We cannot dictate our opinions to him, and this is not our right. Rather, we can offer him advice and exhortation, and the best advice is what life has given him. Life, and they meet many desires, needs and goals.

Introduction Muhammad Al-Ghazali:
I have read the book (Leave Anxiety and Begin Life) by the scholar (Dale Carnegie), and upon completion of it I decided to return the book to its Islamic origins !! Not because the clever writer has conveyed something about our religion, but because the conclusions which he proved after a good reading of the sayings of philosophers and educators and the private and public conditions are consistent in countless ways with the fixed verses in our Qur’an and the hadiths narrated from our Prophet. For the facts that he has decided are many times what has been reported from any other source. Common sense recorded its commandments in this book after trials and tests, and what it finished recording came another picture of the judgment that took place in the words of the noble Arab Prophet Muhammad bin Abdullah centuries ago. Thus the revelation of experience and revelation agreed. The reader will see the extent of validity or illusion in this saying that we say. My plan in this book is to present Islam itself in two distinct crowds: the first is from its texts themselves, and the other is from the narrations that they appear in the writings, experiences and testimonies of the American professor (Dale Carnegie).
