Smart Connect is THE mobile app for relevant news, information and interaction all around Deutsche Post and DHL. Employees can stay up-to-date on what is going on in their region and in the company worldwide. Users can customize the app towards their needs via several user groups.

The communication and collaboration is simplified thanks to Smart Connect and information and services can be accessed anytime, anywhere.

CHAT AND INTERACTIONS
The app is interactive: Customers and employees can use the chat functionality and social walls to collaborate with each other and learn more about the company. They can ask questions, share experiences and posts pictures.

To use the internal content and functionalities of Smart Connect, you need to have individual credentials for the login. Each employee receives these individually.
