Start your search for a spare part using the full text search, enter the order number or simply scan the barcode on the spare part label.
Search for a device using the product type, enter the order number or scan the data matrix code on the type label and conveniently select the required spare parts from the spare parts catalog.
The photo recognition function makes your maintenance and repair work much easier. Instead of looking for the spare part in the catalog, you can simply photograph it and have it recognized automatically.
You can easily transfer the shopping cart to the mobile online shop and order the spare parts directly. Alternatively, you can send your order by email.
The “Where-Used List” function shows all associated device uses and helps you to identify the correct part.
The available repair, maintenance and installation instructions for the devices are also displayed as supplementary information and can be viewed directly or saved as a PDF for offline use on your smartphone or tablet.
