Train With Zigi is designed to help all women, from beginner to expert to reach their fitness and health goals. TWZ is a semi private training app which means you get a weekly program designed specifically for your goals. The app has a broad suite of challenging, but also adaptable programs with workouts you can do in the gym or at home. Log in your sets, reps and weight to track your progress and help you progressively overload to reach your specific goals.
