Info311 app is a contact channel for Complaints and Policy inputs in Ghana.

Under the auspices of the National Information and Research Centre (NIRC) of the Ministry of Information, Ghana, Info 311 is a non- emergency National Call Centre for citizens and non-citizens resident in the country to call in for information about services, make complaints, or report problems like road damage, burst pipes and uncollected refuse.

The NIRC also makes these possible through its multi- channel services in the form of a web and mobile application respectively.
