Keymortgage

The KeyMortgage System is a system that will manage mortgage loan applications for M-Plus customers. Customers will be able to apply for mortgage loan through the system and M-Plus officers will be able to view the application details and process loan submission to Banks.
The system will be developed on Mobile and Web platform and will be accessed by Customers, property agencies and their agents, and M-Plus officers based on user class level.
The objectives of the system are:
a) To facilitate customers in mortgage loan applications;
b) To ease tracking and monitoring of customers applications status;
c) To ease communication and sending of notification messages to customers and stakeholders, and
d) To ease generation of reports and statistics for references
