Job Applicant Pool

Job Applicant Pool is an application designed with the aim of bringing together and making available to companies, especially those in the ICT sector, young people who have benefited from the strengthening of specialized technical skills in Software development through the Software Development (CDS) thanks to the USAID grant and its Bridges for Employment project.

Job Applicant Pool is a sample of the learning results that young people have achieved through the CDS, it has been developed thanks to the support of the Gloria de Kriete Foundation, by a team of young people from the CDS of San Salvador and Sonsonate.
