The company was established in the 44th year of the Republic of China and started business in the same year.
The company's original name was "Taiwan Yufeng Spinning Factory Co., Ltd.". In order to comply with the company's operating policy and establish a corporate image of diversified operations, it was renamed "Yufeng International Development Co., Ltd." in the 100th year of the Republic of China. In 2009, it moved to Kaohsiung and changed its name to "Sandi Development Real Estate Co., Ltd.".
The company's main business projects are the construction of commercial buildings, industrial buildings, residential leasing and sales business, real estate trading business and other kinds of department store distribution business.
