The multi-award-winning mobile documentation app Skill BauDoc has been used in tens of thousands of projects since 2012 and continues to grow with customer requests. BauDoc documents all processes related to buildings, construction sites, management and maintenance, including technical systems. BauDoc accompanies you intuitively and flexibly from planning through management to revitalization.

Now BauDoc - industry standard - has been completely renovated! The new BauDoc3 is optimized for smartphones, more modern, leaner and clearer - in short: intuitive and immediately usable.

Cloud server and mobile apps: BauDoc consists of the cloud server app, hosted in Germany or at your site, and manages all projects, users, activities, templates, reports and reports. The mobile BauDoc app runs offline on phones / tablets (Android, apple / iOS) and provides all the information behind reinforced concrete.

Lean data synchronization: All new or mobile data recorded since the last comparison is transmitted to the server leanly and quickly via WLAN / radio.

Digital blueprints and locations: Processes are marked + clearly positioned on 2D plans / photos, with status color for the processing status (defect, clear notification, rejection, maintenance, ...). Digital documents are synchronized on all devices - and collaboration is significantly improved.

Localization in 2D, 3D BIM viewers, 3D point clouds for virtual inspection: BauDoc also locates in 3D BIM viewers, or brand new in 3D point clouds (NavVis scans) that are virtually accessible.

Plan management: Correct documentation and plan management can easily save over 100 hours / m. on. BauDoc imports new plans and compares standards, with access to old plan versions / work statuses.

Integrated construction diary: log of weather, presence, disabilities, machines, special features, etc., which you can output as elegant documents.

Flexible software: If parameters are missing, you can generate new ones. The acceptance of a refurbishment also enables the inspections of a fleet.

Correct reports: BauDoc uses (changeable) 4-stage text modules so that everyone involved can use clear descriptions with a click. This saves a lot of time, misunderstandings and arguments.

Digital site management and message exchange: Editable status, priorities, trades, text modules, etc. create descriptions with just a click - but they speak exactly your language. New status or completed work of the subcontractor (NU) is released, accepted or reasonably rejected in the team. Those affected are automatically notified of delays / malfunctions.

Integrate NUs directly into BauDoc - and keep control! With the NU module, you can use the work techniques that will be mandatory tomorrow.

Workload and error rate due to missing / misunderstandable communication decrease dramatically, the clarity increases. Clearly logged construction process helps to avoid / win disputes.

New: BIM product configurator: The optional 'BIM configurator' locates BIM data directly in the plan with the required specifications, e.g. Doors, windows, electrical. The required products are visible during installation and acceptance, the chaos diminishes.
