The school established by the Carmelite Sisters. It was a great dream of St.Chavara, the founder father of CMC. to uplift the underprivileged through education and bring them to the main streams of the society. With the enlightened inspiration of St.Chavara (Champion of education in Kerala), the school is trying to run a Model school for boys & girls with the primary aim to form the students as good citizens maintaining a high standard in education, culture, moral & spiritual values. What is unique about the school is the distinctive balancing & blending of academics & Co-curricular activities along with character formation.
