To add a new account, on the authorization page, click on the button with the number of the current account and then you will go to the window of the account editor of the current operator.

To enter, use your password from the provider's regular personal account. If you do not know it, contact those. provider support.

If you received an error as a result of authorization: "Access to the mobile PC is limited ...". This means that your provider did not give you the right to access your personal account from the application, contact him to resolve this issue.
