Every year we help hundreds of thousands of people to live healthily, to become healthy or to handle their illness. Every year, we accompany over 7,000 women during their pregnancy and birth. We will do the same in this app.

In an initial test phase, the Hirslanden app is free of charge. If there are any costs for using the app after the test phase, we will contact you immediately. Only if you agree to payable services, we will release and charge you for their use.


DOCTORS’ CHAT WITH VIDEO OPTION

Are you suffering from a cold, flu or allergy? Would you like to discuss your questions and complaints with a doctor? The chat with our general practitioners is a professional, fast and uncomplicated contact point for general health questions.

You will receive competent advice and a recommendation for action from the doctor. If necessary, you will be referred to a physical doctor or specialist. A video function is also available. With the doctors’ chat, you can count on optimal advice and care at any time – wherever you happen to be.


MIDWIFE CHAT & PREGNANCY SUPPORT


The journey to the birth of your baby is a wonderful adventure. However, many women are confronted with many questions and uncertainties during their pregnancy. To help you relax through the 9 months that will change your life, we are now offering a midwife chat.

If you have a question, simply chat with one of our experienced midwives from the Hirslanden Group. The app also provides you with all the important information you need for you and your baby. Find out week by week how your baby is developing, keep a pregnancy diary and get tips and tricks on complaints, nutrition and sport.



PAEDIATRICIAN CHAT WITH VIDEO OPTION


Is your child feeling unwell or sick? Are you not sure whether a visit to the paediatrician is necessary?

If you have any questions about your child's health, simply start a chat with our paediatrician team. Describe your child's symptoms, send a picture or respond to the automatic symptom assessment. If necessary and for further clarification, a video function is available. The paediatricians at Swiss Medi Kids are there for you every day.
