The SLog supervisory log provides different role settings for site director/owner/manufacturer/contractor/engineering staff. The site director has all the permissions. Function introduction:
1. Register an account first, choose general identity or supplier identity
General identity can start to create their own project name and content
The creator of the project automatically sets the role as the site director, who can participate in all function operations and settings
(Project name and content must be operated on the computer version)
Supplier identity can operate "cooperating manufacturer" to participate in procurement project bidding

2. Invite relevant personnel to participate in the project (computer version)
Invited related personnel are set by the site director to participate in the project in different roles (owner/manufacturer/contractor/engineering staff). The function permissions that the roles can operate are preset by the system, and the functions that can be operated by different roles can also be established by the project (Site director) to be set separately

3. Upload construction photos
The construction photos are mainly divided into construction photos and missing photos. Each item is divided into three types of photos before construction/under construction/after construction, and text descriptions can be added. In the output project function (computer version), it can be output as a word file


4. Upload engineering drawings (computer version)
A. Word/excel/dwg/ and photos can be uploaded for reference by relevant personnel
B. The uploaded file can be downloaded to the device (computer/mobile phone/tablet) and opened by the program installed on the device
C. Provide 1G of upload space for each account, the excess part can be expanded for a fee


5. Create project log (computer version) (APP)
A. Automatically bring in the basic information of the project, the remaining construction period, and the scheduled progress.
B. Fill in the weather
C. Select the detailed items under the work item, fill in the actual construction quantity today, the system automatically displays the cumulative quantity and actual progress
D. Fill in the type and quantity of materials used.
E. Fill in the types of technicians and construction equipment.
F. Fill in the notes.

6 schedule
The content entered in the project log is automatically updated by the system calculations. The schedule shows the direct project/project weight/preset progress/actual progress/progress or behind/the percentage of the current progress of the project. A. Schedule-Convert the schedule into excel format, download and print

8. Cooperative manufacturers
General Identity-A. Establish a procurement project as a bidding proposal to allow suppliers to participate in bidding
B. The status of bids is divided into unbidden/bidden/successful/unsuccessful/unsuccessful

Initiate a meeting
