富民車輛報修行動APP

一、車輛報修：報修時, 實務上駕駛會通知車隊長再報修, 利用APP報修, 會推播到車管, 車管可以APP代報修。駕駛員填寫車號(車頭及尾車)、里程、駕駛員 、地點、挑選故障情況類別、填寫故障簡述、填寫故障說明、故障日期。報修APP上輸入完車號, 會帶出廠牌, 車型, 車種(車頭、尾車)。並可在後面拍照上傳五張照片。
二、報修轉請修：車管可線上查看報修內容是否轉請修或退件。
三、請修審核：車管可決定內修或外修，選外修估價自動打勾, 若金額超過營所權限, 系統會將比價自動打勾, 車管按下”確認審核”鍵系統只存入請修審核內容, 車管需到PC端填入比價廠商後, 再啟動簽核流程。緊急維修，打勾是，不可填延修天數，預計進廠日帶當日，打勾否，可填延修天數，預計進廠日鎖住，依輸入的延修天數自動計算帶入。
四、請修查詢：技師可從APP查詢已過檔的請修單。
1. 2. Request for repair: The vehicle management can check the content of the request online for repair or return.
3. Request for repair review: The vehicle management can decide whether to repair internally or externally, and the selected external repair will be automatically checked. If the amount exceeds the camp authority, the system will automatically check the price comparison. After depositing the requested repair review content, the vehicle management needs to fill in the price comparison manufacturer on the PC side before starting the sign-off process. For emergency repairs, if you tick yes, you cannot fill in the extended repair days, the expected date of entry into the factory, and if you tick no, you can fill in the number of extended repair days.
4. Request for repair: Technicians can inquire about the request for repair from the APP.
