THE BIRTH OF THE TOURNAMENT

The year was 2007 and the will to create an internal soccer tournament was born among Fami's departments. In 2013 the turning point: the first inter-company tournament was born, which from 2015 takes the name of "Win: Win who does good always wins", organized by companies in the area including Fami. The initiative wants to create aggregation, without removing the spirit of competitiveness that a game can instill in the soul of the players and the fans.

Over the years the tournament has widened more and more: from 6 it goes to 18 participating companies; the football teams are also joined by those of beach volleyball and, in recent years, basketball.

We started this journey in 2013 - says Roberto Milani, president of Win: Win - but few know that the tournament was born as a challenge between the departments within the Fami in 2007. At a certain point, moved by the desire for aggregation, we have proposed to Mevis to take part in the project and so, in a short time, the companies involved have become six. It was precisely 2013 and the first inter-company tournament of the district was born. What has always been there, since the first challenges in Fami, is the beneficial spirit. The idea of ​​playing sports, creating bridges between companies and employees, helping each other out is the result of a specific desire: to concretely help our territory and those who really need it. Doing good has quickly become contagious, because now the Win: Win embraces a whole world of families, entrepreneurs, workers and volunteers that exceed 6,000 people "
