The mobile repair acceptance / order entry for the merchandise management Arista

Regardless of where repairs are to be accepted in the company, whether with or without an Internet connection - the ServicePointApp is always on hand and guides every employee safely to their destination.

Damage patterns, description texts, included accessories and much more hold directly when accepting repairs. The customer finally confirms the finished repair order with his signature directly on the device.

- Scan barcodes and QR codes (for quick recognition of machines, devices, etc.)
- Photo or image capture in the order
- digital signature
- Wireless transmission to Arista ERP
- Offline storage of orders
- Order data acquisition
- Master data acquisition and installation (via the order)
- Item booking for order creation (articles, text modules etc.)
- Article suggestions (module "order assistant" must be available in Arista)
- freely configurable queries (e.g. additional or add-on parts, depending on the device type)


Note:
To use the app, the AMS Arista desktop software from C.O.S. Software GmbH required. Without merchandise management and a user account created in it, the ServicePointApp does not provide real data and then only works in a demo mode.
