Actively manage the appointment schedule: with the goal of minimizing cumbersome procedures, the doctor can actively manage the appointment schedule right at the application. The examination schedule is always visually displayed on the phone screen, the doctor can check the schedule by day, week, month or at any time.
Store and track patient records: with this feature, patient records are automatically stored, doctors don't spend much time managing records, papers or excel files.
Online consultation feature with YouMed: this is one of the features that bring many benefits to Doctors such as:

Detailed introduction of each feature of YouMed HCP App
▪ Schedule management:
At the main screen, the Doctor can:
- Check the clinic schedule
- View Patient information
- Check the "Checked" section of each patient after completing the examination

▪ Manage records:
After each visit, the Doctor will:
- Fill in diagnostic content or add notes (if any)
- Fill in the follow-up date
- Send photos of prescriptions, test sheets... to patients
- Click "Confirm" to send information to the patient

▪ Online consultation
- The doctor needs to fully update the information on the application
- Choose and book a suitable appointment
- The doctor does not turn off the application during the registration period for consultations
- Ensure a stable connection speed, make a consultation call in a quiet place
- Maximum time for each consultation call is 15 minutes.
- If the Doctor wants to receive a consultation call right away (without making an appointment) ⇒ Please switch to online mode (turn on the green button).
- After finishing the consultation, the doctor clicks "send results" to return the examination results to the patient.
