With the VIVOREAL app, you can report concerns and damage to us around the clock, including photo documentation, via smartphone. In addition, we provide you with a digital document folder with important documents for your property(s). We use the digital bulletin board to proactively provide push notifications about important information about the properties entrusted to us.

How to register for the VIVOREAL app:
- You will receive a personalized email from us with an invitation to join the VIVOREAL app
- Press the “Confirm registration” button and enter your personally chosen password
- Download the VIVOREAL app for your smartphone and log in
- You can already use all the advantages of our digital customer service!
