You don’t need a Simplyhealth Plan to benefit from SimplyMe. Simply sync your mobile, or wearable device to the app and see your human dashboard come to life. SimplyMe uses inputs such as a mood check-in, combined with data from your wearable device to provide you with personalised ratings, insights and guidance for your mind, heart, sleep, weight and activity.

Just like the dashboard of your car tells you when the fuel tank is empty, or the engine needs oil, or whatever cars need (it’s a mystery to us), your SimplyMe human dashboard tells you where you are and where you need to be.
