Sabesp Mobile is the application of the Basic Sanitation Company of the State of São Paulo. It gives customers quick access to some of the company's core services. The tool allows you to register the RGI, which is the number used to identify a property with Sabesp, in an easy and practical way and helps to report water or sewage leaks and the lack of water with just a few clicks. Registration is simple and to gain access, customers must inform their name, e-mail, telephone, CPF, RG and Date of Birth and register a password. Access to some services will be available through this registration.
With this app you can:
- Organize your RGIs by creating a nickname for each one, facilitating their identification.
- Quickly show the status of the last 3 accounts.
- Allow the visualization of the accounts of each RGI of the last 12 months, detailing their value information and others.
- Issue 2nd copy of open accounts.
- Know step by step how to put the account in automatic debit.
- Receive notifications about the RGIs registered in the application, as well as information about network maintenance, among other information.
- Send in a practical and safe way information of water or sewage leak warning, with the inclusion of photos and geolocation of the occurrence.
- Receive the return of the leak notice sent by the application itself.
- Enable the user to inform Sabesp of the lack of water in their residence or in the vicinity.
- Request for the first Water and Sewage connection.
