Pro-Hit Radio was set up for everyone everywhere, for those who went abroad, for those who like good and good music.
Many of you do not know how to maintain an online radio, but for this we have to make many sacrifices.
There are important amounts that we spend monthly from our own pockets to make your days more beautiful.
Servers, hosting are becoming more and more expensive and our resources have begun to run out.

Radio Pro-Hit Romania License - Based on Law no. 8/1996 amended and completed and the ORDA Decision no. 232/2011 published in M.Of. on September 29, 2011, the Phonogram Producers Union of Romania (UPFR) issues a non-exclusive license for public communication of commercial phonograms through online or mobile services.
The Union of Phonogram Producers in Romania (UPFR) issues licenses for the following types of activities:
a) online radio;
b) online tv;
c) sites with background music.
The non-exclusive license issued by UPFR is non-transferable and is granted for a period of 3 years, and at the express request of the user, for a shorter period, for each site through which commercial phonograms are used online.
The obligation to request the issuance of the License, rests with the user, at least 10 days before making the public communication through the online or mobile services of the commercial phonograms.
Definitions:
It is a user within the meaning of this Methodology, any natural or legal person who communicates to the public commercial phonograms through online or mobile services, being responsible for the content of the Internet page.
