Raden Pradnya Paramitha Chandra Devy Rusady (born 11 August 1966) is an Indonesian actor and singer of Sundanese descent, West Java. He has received many awards, including nominations for five Indonesian Film Festival Citra Cups. He is the younger brother of Indonesian activist and musician, Ully Sigar Rusady. At the age of 6 years, little Mitha has played the role of little Pinkan in the documentary Di Bawah Nyiur Melambai made by her mother's own production house. After playing for the documentary, he was no longer involved in the world of film.

During his high school period, he admitted that he only parroted his brother's activities, for example being the background singer for the group led by his brother, Ully Sigar Rusady. In 1984, right after high school, he received an offer to play in the film Ranjau-Ranjau Cinta, opposite Rano Karno and director Nasrie Chepy. He is the son of a couple named Raden Ayu Marry Zumarya and the father of Raden Mas Yus Rusady Wirahaditenaya. Her mother was a dance teacher and often performed plays.

Mitha had a love affair with actor Onky Alexander, her co-star in the film Notes Si Boy, but this relationship foundered. On June 23, 2000, Mitha married actor Gunawan who was 7 years younger than her. They married in Mecca and divorced amicably on October 24, 2002 without having any children.
