If Observa rejects an observation, do you still send the data to the customer?

Never! Observa only wants to pass along high-quality data to our customers, so we discard data from rejected observations. We only reject an observation if the Observer didn’t follow the instructions correctly. Right now, more than 90% of observations are accepted.

Can I really use Observa to earn Bitcoin?

Totally! As a company, we think that crypto is cool! Most secret shoppers prefer to make PayPal money, but a few prefer to earn Bitcoin. We’re more than happy to accommodate them!
