The guide :

Dawn Mauricio has practiced and studied mindfulness meditation since 2005. She regularly participates in silent retreats in Canada, the United States, Thailand and Burma.

Dawn is a meditation teacher for Voie boréale, Inward Bound Mindfulness Education, and Spirit Rock Meditation Center. She also regularly leads meditation sessions and workshops in Canada and the United States.

For the French version, Caroline Mailhot lends her voice to Dawn.

Each trip includes 13 meditations, guided and unguided.

The trip to the Amazon is free.

The first meditation of the other trips is free. To continue the journey, the 6 guided meditations and the 6 soundscapes cost $ 7.99.

Once purchased, you can follow a Trip's Meditations as often as you like, even when you're done. Meditations are slightly different on a second visit.

You can choose the duration of each meditation (6, 10, 20 or 30 minutes). If you choose a short meditation, you do not lose any teaching from the guide. It is simply the time of silence that is shorter.

Each meditation is summarized and illustrated by watercolors in your travel journal.

You can represent your feelings, your ideas or your emotions in an artistic and original way, after each meditation.

You can adjust the level of music, moods and voice.

The application also contains a timer section that allows you to meditate without being guided, choosing a soundscape and a musical instrument:
You can choose to meditate for 10, 20, 30, and 60 minutes.

In this version, you choose instruments and soundscapes from the Himalayas. Other choices will be available soon.
