  Can I make Hathway recharge online? Yes you can recharge your Hathway broadband online via MobiKwik app and website. You just need to follow a couple of steps and that's it.

  • Log-in to Hathway Self Care Portal on www.hathway.com.
  • Go to “My Dashboard” in the Left Menu Bar .
  • Click on “View More” under “ Current Plan.
  • Click on “RENEW” option on the Top left hand corner.
  • Check the Total Renewal Amount .
  • Select your preferred Payment Gateway.
  • Click on “PROCEED TO PAYMENT”
• How do I connect to Hathway WIFI?
  Step 1: Put 192.168. 0.1 in the Internet Explorer. You will get below Screen. Step2: Please Enter Wi Fi name in SSID field and Password in Key Filed in below screen.
• Why Hathway app is not working?
  Please check your wifi / mobile data connection and verify that it is working properly. It may be down and stopping you from updating the Hathway Broadband app.
