Then go new ways with us and finally organize your health paperless: In addition to our ePortal Meine Gesundheit by DBV, the free app bundles our services for you easily and securely mobile - so you can live your health instead of managing your illness!

With the app you can, among other things
• take pictures of your invoices and receipts with just a few clicks and submit them directly
• Receive digital invoices from your doctor and submit them to AXA / DBV for reimbursement
• Access invoices, receipts and your bills anytime, anywhere
• comfortably view your premium refund and the outstanding deductible
• Searching specifically for physicians from certain specialty areas and partner physicians of AXA / DBV as well as for doctors who already offer CALCULATION and ETERMINE
• Save the contact details of your doctors in your digital address book
• Arrange your desired appointment directly online with your doctor
• View individually tailored topics for your health and preventive care
• Store medical documents such as doctor's letters and x-rays in your digital health record
• Search for medicines and view the digital leaflet
• Save medication in your personal intake plan and remember to take it
• Scan the Federal Standard Medication Plan (BMP) by your doctor and automatically include the medication in your personal intake plan

In addition, we offer our own access for insured persons over 18 years.
If you have not yet created a user account for My Health of DBV, you can easily and securely register via the app:

1. You collect your personal information.
2. You set up your desired TAN procedure.
3. Your identity is checked via POSTIDENT - also possible online!
4. Done! From now on, you can log in to My Health by DBV using your e-mail address and password as well as the TAN.

Safety is especially important when it comes to your health data. Therefore, our service fulfills all legal data protection and security requirements:
• Your data is always encrypted.
• Your account is protected from unauthorized access by your password and a TAN procedure several times.
• Thanks to the verification of your identity no other person can create a user account on your behalf.
