Who is the app for?

MY PŸUR is there for all PŸUR customers. The most important requirements are:

• You are a PŸUR customer (you have a contract with us and access data)
• Your landlord is a PŸUR customer (search for major disruptions and more is also possible without access data)


Please use the customer data from your order confirmation to log in or you have already changed your access data when you first registered in the MEIN PŸUR customer portal. Of course, you can also use the forgotten password function in the app.
