If you are already a MAIF member: Your connection identifier is your e-mail address (if you have communicated it to us) or your member number, which consists of 7 digits followed by a letter (eg: 0123456A). Your membership number is indicated on all your contractual documents, your green card and your membership card.
If you are uninsurable or written off-debtors, you cannot use this app.

You have joined MAIF VIE: Your connection identifier is your membership number. This number is in the form P456789B. You can find it on all your contractual documents related to MAIF VIE.

You are not MAIF insured: Your connection identifier is the e-mail address you entered when you made your quote or created an Internet account on MAIF.FR.
