Joe Clark Fitness

Joe has been with BSC for 8 years where he has excelled in the training department, achieving the highest training tier level in the company (ELITE) and is one of the Top Trainers in the entire company. Growing up he was a multi-sport athlete and went on to pursue his fitness passion by graduating from Lasell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management and Exercise Science focus. He also has minors in Coaching and Business. His certifications and specialties include; American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer, (ACE) Functional Training Specialist, (ACE) Nutrition Specialist, (ACE) Sports Performance Specialist, UXF (high intensity exercise), American Heart Association AED/CPR, and soon to be CSCS. With his extensive experience, background and knowledge, Joe has been able to have his clients see great results ranging from posture, strength, endurance, nutrition habits. fat loss, muscle toning, injury prevention / rehab, and overall functional and athletic performance. This has made him one of the top performing Personal Trainers in all of Town Sports International (BSC, NYSC, PSC and WSC).
