2. After installing Jeju Bank Mobile Bank (JBank Plus), please disable ‘Preferences->Security->Apps from unknown sources’ to block harmful applications.
3. Due to the full implementation of the electronic financial fraud prevention service, transactions can be made after additional authentication with the customer information and contact information for major transactions.
4. For safe financial transactions, if the operating system is tampered with, such as jailbreaking, the use of the service is restricted.
5. You can download through 3G/LTE and wireless internet (Wi-Fi) of mobile carriers. Please note that data charges may apply if the capacity specified in the flat rate plan is exceeded in 3G/LTE.

Information on using access rights
1. Telephone permission (required): Access is required to maintain the device authentication status during consultation connection and mobile phone status verification, self-authentication, device authentication, and video call.
2. Storage space permission (required): Used for app installation, storage/login/issuance/copy of joint certificates, and storage of app contents and photo galleries.
3. Camera permission (required): Used for ID photo shoot and video call authentication, document submission, and anti-phishing image setting.
4. Microphone permission (required): Used for voice recognition such as video calls, video consultations, and phone consultation inquiries for non-face-to-face real-name verification.
5.Address Book Permission (required): Used for text message, contact transfer, remittance, affiliate service, etc. after the transfer is completed.
6. Location information authority (required): Used for location-based branch search, ATM search, airport branch search, etc.
7.Media permission (required): Access is required to set the anti-phishing image.

※ You can use Smart Banking even if you do not agree to allow selective access, but there may be restrictions on the use of some functions.
※ You can also set it in Settings> Application Management> Jeju Bank Mobile Bank> Permissions menu.
※ In the case of Android 6.0 or lower, there is no mandatory/optional distinction, so you must agree to all permissions during installation to use it normally. In this case, check if the operating system of the smartphone can be upgraded to Android 6.0 or higher, and after upgrading, you must delete and reinstall the already installed app to set access rights normally.
