My Debt to Earth

Important: this app works completely offline and does not send any data to any server, including user's data and analytics.

What can we do to make our small but fundamental contribution to protecting the environment?
This App aims to be concretely useful as:
• It presents a complete list of actions that each of us can perform and for each of these indicates the appropriate ecological behavior (SUGGESTS ME THE BEST WAY TO ACT);
• The comparison between the adequate ecological behavior and the one we put in place is expressed through simple numbers (MAKES ME FEEL CLOSE TO THE THEMES I AM FACING) which can have a \"+\" or \"-\" sign.
Examples:
• “the water always flows while I brush my teeth\": I will take\" W \"points\" - \";
• “I leave the phone on charge for longer than necessary”: I will take \"X\" points \"-\";
• \"I only use the dishwasher when the load is full\": I will take \"Y\" points \"+\";
• \"I buy fruit and vegetables at zero km\": I will take \"Z\" points \"+\";
• …
The following periods are taken into consideration:
• The PAST;
• From today onwards.

Once the daily actions (which are numerically the vast majority of those presented by the App) are self-classified during the start-up of the App, these will be handled again by the user only for variation of individual behaviors and/or classification of shares previously not taken into consideration;
The immediacy given by the numbers contributes to making this App pleasant and stimulating (FROM TODAY ON, IT WILL ACCOMPANY ME IN MY DAILY IMPROVEMENT PATH).


MY DEBT TO EARTH in the present can be promoted:
• From each of us on an individual level: we believe it can be a source of joy and satisfaction for the dedication we put in, for the awareness that we are doing our best, for the improvements in our behaviors that will occur gradually;
• by the youngest both within the family (followed by the parents) and in the context of the school (followed by their teacher).
Our desire is that tomorrow this App, keeping its characteristic of personal journey, can become a (serious) game between groups of people: for example between members of the same family, between friendly families, between classes of the same School, between Schools of the same Municipality, between groups of friends, between …… thus giving life, having fun in company, to a series of virtuous behaviors in favor of our beloved Earth (but also in favor, for example, of our Municipalities for the greater efficiency of us citizens in putting the right ecological behavior into practice).
Another possible example of this individual, but at the same time collective, App is the following: an Organization and/or an Institution that have a public role in safeguarding the environment may decide to aggregate the data (or only some of these selected) received by the individual App of their members, continuously supporting them through initiatives aimed at a continuous improvement of individual behaviors.
This App is NOT based on scientific studies; The support of Universities and/or Institution dedicated to environmental protection has been sought for a long time: in the absence of answers from these, it was decided to start this project aware of its limits.
If one day some authoritative environmental Subjects would like to take this initiative as our own, we would be very happy because:
• A scientific basis could be given to the data;
• The number of users could certainly be enlarged.
This is a project born as totally NO PROFIT and we want it to always remain such: the one who has to earn it is only the Earth.
