Home accounting and finance - this is the accounting of expenses and income, a timesheet for children visiting child care facilities, the consumption of water, gas and electricity by counters.

At the moment, the app has the following functionality:

1. Accounting for expenses and income:

— daily accounting of expenses and income
— create an unlimited number of items of analytics of expenses and income and add notes to them
— creation of an unlimited number of accounts for the introduction of additional analytics in documents for accounting for expenses and income
— control of basic expenses
— shopping goals
— transfer between accounts
— accounting for projects
— a line chart will show the current balance and the dynamics of expenses and incomes by month or year
— a pie chart will help you evaluate and analyze expenses, income as a percentage by month or year. You can also view a breakdown of indicators grouped by items of expenses, income and projects
— a bar chart will show expenses and incomes by day by month
— a bar chart will show monthly expenses and incomes by year.

2. Accounting for debts and loans:

— creation of an unlimited number of subjects of debtors and creditors
— a separate document for recording debts
— a separate loan accounting document
— an informative list of accounting for debts and loans
— the ability to account for partial or full repayment of a debt or loan
— in each document you can leave a note
— when issuing a loan, you can indicate the guarantor of the borrower.

3. Timesheet:

— monthly accounting by day with time type stamps in the context of analytics of children and institutions
— the total number of visits per month by day or hour
— the total amount, taking into account the daily (hourly) rate for the month
— creating an unlimited number of children
— creation of an unlimited number of time types
— creation of an unlimited number of institutions
— convenient navigation and filter by the list of timesheets.

4. Consumption of water, electricity and gas by meters:

— registration of passport data: number, frequency of scheduled verification and date of the last verification of counters
— metering of consumption readings
— control of scheduled verification of counters
— a bar chart will show the monthly consumption of resources in a breakdown of the year
— creation of an unlimited number of metering counters.

5. Notifications in the app. The app will remind you:

— about the need to enter credentials
— by default, 14 days about the need for routine calibration of counters
— daily by default from the 20th to the 25th of the month on the need to transfer counter readings
— that the date of repayment of debts or loans has come.

6. App settings, service functions and reports:

— saving a backup copy of the database
— restoring a backup copy of the database if necessary
— management of app sections. You can disable unused app accounting sections
— disable, configure your notification schedule different from the default settings
— in almost every section there is a help describing the functionality
— "Dashboard" report, all app indicators in one report
— an access code can be set on the app if desired
— with just one button you can share a link to app with friends and colleagues
— service button "Reset notifications"
— data export (Timesheet, Expenses, Income, Hot water, Cold water, Electricity (T1), Electricity (T2), Electricity (T3), Gas) to Excel
— notes.
