In addition to the best customer card in the Netherlands, we now also offer the best shopping experience to our fans. A new, user-friendly app where you can quickly and easily find your favorite products.

With this renewed version of the HEMA app, we are especially proud of the speed and simplicity of the design and use. This way we ensure that you can easily and quickly find a product and add it to your shopping cart. Is a product sold out online? Then we show you a blue button that helps you search for a store near you where the product is still in stock.

track order
Stay automatically informed of the status of your order by signing up for push notifications. This way you will not miss any information about your package.

favorites
Simply save your favorite products by clicking on the heart and find them in your personal favorites list.

Search
The app remembers the latest search terms and helps you with suggestions. In addition, we indicate in which category your search term appears. For example, if you search for romper, we will indicate that it is in the baby category, but also in the toys category. This way you will find what you are looking for faster. Is your favorite product sold out? Or do you see an empty shelf in the store? Then scan the barcode by clicking on the barcode scanner in the search bar and easily find the products you were looking for.

In addition to all the new functions, we also still offer the best customer card in the Netherlands. Scan the barcode in the app with every purchase and save for great discounts. To redeem your points you can buy vouchers in the app. Did you do that? Then the voucher will automatically be offered in your shopping cart. Have you forgotten to scan your code? No problem. You can request a special “card forgotten” code from the cashier and scan that code in the app. You do this by clicking on the plus sign under your points balance in the vouchers tab.
