So I made this application, which is easy to install and it's easy to give something to another simply by clicking on the button. And if the forces suddenly wake up the worried heart, you can write your story, stress or depression. From the point of view of a specialist, a look at the situation in all manifestations is called awareness of the situation. Emotion self-regulation belongs to the broader set of emotion-regulation processes, which includes the regulation of one's own feelings and the regulation of other people's feelings - self help (vent out).
