Access to the Gothaer health app
To use the Gothaer Health App, you need existing insurance cover and a digital user account with Gothaer.
Do you already have access data for the “Meine Gothaer” customer portal? Then use this to log in to the health app without further registration. Don't you have an account yet? Then simply register with a Gothaer insurance number via the app.

App features at a glance
• Digital invoice submission: Submit invoices or prescriptions quickly and easily via smartphone and always have an overview of the history in the app.
• Doctor and hospital search: Find (specialist) doctors in the area and make an appointment online using the app. We also support you in finding hospitals.
• Digital health services: Healthy through everyday life or live well despite illness - medical content, coaches, advisors and innovative health programs guide you through various health and illness topics.

• Policyholders enjoy further advantages:
• View details of billed invoices - immediately after they have been processed by Gothaer
• Keep an eye on the history of your own treatments and visits to the doctor at all times
