I am a UK based personal trainer, nutritional coach, and industry leader with over 30 years of experience in every aspect of the fitness world.

I come from the a military background, where, as a an officer, I was responsible for the fitness and well being of up to 800 men at any one time.

I owned and ran a gym in Northern Ireland, which was highly successful for over 25 years, and eventually became the first personal training gym in the country.
