All you need is a mobile app and a stable internet connection (and maybe close your blinds depending on how nosy aunty is). Fun fact — we don’t even ask for your real name! Use a pseudonym, call yourself Voldemort if you must — but get yourself the right support you need. Can’t find the right therapist for your needs? Don’t worry, we have psychologists from all over Pakistan with various expertise at your fingertips. When you sign on for ElevateMe, you let us know what expertise you’re looking for and we’ll match you based off that. Not happy with your matched therapist?
