Clubes virtuales IC (oficial)

The Virtual Reading Club (CVL) is a service of the Electronic Library of the Cervantes Institute aimed at online social reading, to debate at a distance around outstanding works of Spanish and Latin American literature. Book clubs bring people together to read and exchange opinions with other readers, thus combining the pleasure of reading and that of conversation around a book.

Since the entire activity incorporates or is developed with computer platforms, we speak of online social reading. A great experience with the intervention of important creators of culture in Spanish: writers, playwrights, poets. In addition, it promotes knowledge and learning of the Spanish language in the digital environment, through social reading and supports the dynamization of reading in Spanish from ELE (Spanish as a foreign language). Discussions follow a schedule and each title is moderated by the authors or by experts. The clubs and their readings are interconnected with the e-book collection. The readings are always available so that they can be downloaded from the e-book platform or read from the virtual club application.

There is only one requirement to participate: have a valid membership card. If you are not yet a member of any of the libraries of the Instituto Cervantes, or of the Electronic Library, check the conditions of use and enjoy reading!
