Bewerbermanager-App

The Applicant Manager app adds a native app to the E-Recruiting and Applicant Management system "Applicant Manager" and provides decision makers with the ability to digitally review assigned application files and view, classify and rate applicants.
The aim here is to enable a completely digital exchange for decision-making and, for example, to create invitation lists of suitable candidates, which are reported back to the personnel department for further processing.

The app provides the following functionality:

- Any number of candidate discussions on different appointment procedures
- Access to master data for applicants submitted by the HR department
- Access to approved applicant folders and documents (also in PDF format)
- Insight into already available information and possible assessments
- "Discussion evaluation" within the applicant discussion by the expert decision maker
- Favorites lists and leaderboards
- notes and questions about applicant files
- Invitation list for the submission of suitable candidates to the Human Resources Department

The candidate manager app covers most of the functionality of the discussion portal known in the candidate manager and allows browser-free direct access to the smartphone on the go.

DANGER:
The use of the app requires an existing applicant manager installation for the user in the respective expansion stage. To start the app, connect it to the discussion portal. This is done by entering the URL of your discussion portal. The URL link can be obtained from your IT department or the Human Resources department managing the applicant manager.
