BRB Mobilidade

It was developed by BRB to provide a better experience for users of Public Transport in the Federal District.

By registering on the app, you have access to your mobility cards and now have facilities that were previously available only in face-to-face service at BRB Mobilidade stations, such as:

Carrying out recharge by means of a ticket;
• Balance inquiry and card usage statement;
• Access to Chatbot to ask questions and/or request services, with human interaction;
• Access to bus routes.
• Over time, BRB has invested in continuous improvements and in the security of the app, focusing on our customers' experience. For example, the inclusion of a photo during registration and login, which now requires the registered e-mail and password to access card data.
