  To link your account to your aramex.com profile: Click on Manage Accounts. You can then add a new account using your account and PIN numbers. If you do not know your PIN number, click the “Request PIN” link and one of our representatives will contact you at the earliest time to help you.
• How long does it take to get your parcel from Aramex?

• How do I pay online with Aramex?
  We have three (3) convenient payment modes available.
  

  • You can pay by cash for scheduled online pickups, or;
  • You can visit any of our outlets and pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), or;
  • Through our Monthly Invoices System for corporate customers with an Aramex account.
• How do I track my Aramex Delivery?
  Enter your Aramex tracking number and get updates with one click. Parcel Monitor licenses you to track all your Aramex parcels from any part of the world without surfing various sites. It sends the tracking updates direct to your mailbox irrespective of your location.

  • Use the Online Shipping page to prepare your shipment.
  • Download and use our free ClickToShip software to prepare your shipment at your convenience.
  • Call your local Aramex office using the office Locator and ask for a shipment pickup.
• How do I arrange pickup in Aramex?
  With your linked account, you can request an Aramex courier to arrive to a selected address and pick up a shipment. To schedule a pickup: Log in and on the Dashboard page, click Schedule a pickup. On the page that opens, fill in the address from which a courier should pick a shipment.
• How many days does Aramex deliver?
  The amount of time it takes for Aramex to deliver your packages depends on its country of origin and the shipping methods used. It can take anywhere from 4-10 days to receive your package from Aramex.
• How long does Aramex take to deliver in South Africa?
  When will my parcel be delivered? If your parcel is deposited into the Aramex Drop Box before the collection time indicated on the Drop Box (usually at 15h00, Monday to Friday, unless specified otherwise), it will be delivered by 17h00 the following business day to all main centres.
