The "Real Estate Notification" is an electronic service through which, through mobile devices, the citizen will be notified of any preventive notice that is carried out on the Real Folio of his property in order to alert about possible changes in his patrimony .

Mechanism

To subscribe, the citizen must fill out a form with some of their personal data, they must have at hand the number (s) of the Folio Real that identifies the property they wish to register. The subscription is done in person at the "Real Estate Notification Window".

What to do in case of receiving a Notification?

You must go to the "Real Estate Notification Window" of the Public Registry of Property and Commerce, where you will receive specific information on the movements and you will be guided on the actions that you could take if you request it.
